Writing Assignment
1) Write a poem, short story, or one-act play based in some way on Romeo & Juliette. For example, you could set the story in another time, place, or situation (as in West Side Story), you could write about or from the point of view of one of the secondary characters, or you could take one scene or moment and expanding that to a full-length piece.
